At POPTOPIC, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you with returns or exchanges in accordance with the guidelines below.

5. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you are returning an item, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

6. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the same process as outlined for returns. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

8. International Returns
